We package and ship all orders with great care to help your order arrive securely. Based on the nearest port and destination, we will choose a suitable transportation company. If you have your own logistics resources, we can also assist with transport coordination.
After the final payment is settled, production to shipment generally takes about 7–15 days. If your product requires special customization, we will estimate the delivery timeline for your specific project.
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please notify us of any address changes before shipment. Tracking information is provided for every order.
We are not responsible for address changes that were not communicated before shipment. If an address changes after shipment, the buyer is responsible for fees related to redirecting or returning the package.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once a shipment has been marked as delivered. Tracking information is provided so customers can monitor delivery progress.
For non-customized products, we offer a 15-day return policy. Items must remain in the same condition as received and be suitable for resale. Customized products are non-returnable. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original eligible item and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement product.
Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.
